About me

If you're feeling stuck and unable to move forward, let me let you in on a little secret: I discovered life coaching when I, too, was feeling stuck.  At the time, I didn't know how to move forward in my career and struggled greatly with the idea of where to call “home."  Life coaching, it turned out, was exactly what I needed.

Working with a life coach helped me find clarity, explore options, and take purposeful steps forward.  Over time, I worked up the courage to pursue life coaching as a career and I couldn’t be happier that I took the leap.  Life coaching is my true calling, and naturally builds on my experience helping job seekers find and keep meaningful employment.

When I'm not providing life coaching services to my incredible clients, I love adventuring, deep conversations, meeting new people, wearing costumes, drinking tea in cozy pajamas, hip hop & salsa dancing, s'mores, and so much more. My roots are planted firmly in the Midwest (Nebraska to be specific) and my wings are very happily spread here in the San Francisco Bay Area.

I'm married to my love and we have two incredibly sweet and fun daughters.
